Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies (AI, VR/AR, Blockchain) to determine strategic fit.
- Lead cross-functional teams in R&D initiatives to pilot and scale high-impact innovations.
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform long-term strategic decisions.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to drive innovation.
- Present complex technical strategies to the C-suite and board of directors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, consulting, or R&D management.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies for Fortune 500 companies or high-growth startups.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or advanced computing paradigms.
- Strong background in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and strategic planning.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (PhD preferred).
