Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns emerging tech trends with business goals.
- Lead AI Strategy: Oversee the integration and development of Generative AI and Large Language Models into core products.
- Drive Innovation: Identify and prototype disruptive technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing applications) before they hit the mainstream.
- Strategic Planning: Manage the R&D budget and allocate resources for high-potential innovation projects.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of data scientists, engineers, and product strategists.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for new initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior strategy or C-level capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and prepare organizations for them.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
