Responsibilities
- Develop the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns with the company's mission, vision, and long-term goals.
- Market Foresight & Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Sustainable Energy) to forecast their impact on our business by 2026.
- Innovation Integration: Lead initiatives to pilot and integrate cutting-edge technologies into existing workflows before the 2026 operational cycle begins.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex future strategies to the C-suite and board members, ensuring buy-in and alignment across all departments.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor global competitors to identify threats and opportunities, adapting our strategy to maintain a competitive edge.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution of the 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, operations management, or futurism, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of current and upcoming technologies (Web3, AI, Cloud Computing) and their business applications.
- Analytical Skills: Expertise in data analysis, market research, and scenario planning methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to diverse audiences, including executive stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and solve high-level business problems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related technical field; MBA preferred.
