Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of scalable, high-performance AI and machine learning systems aligned with 2026 standards.
- Define the technical vision and strategy for the AI division, aligning with company-wide business goals.
- Mentor and grow a diverse team of AI engineers, data scientists, and researchers.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay at the forefront of AI innovation, evaluating emerging technologies (LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision) for integration.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in a senior leadership or technical architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices.
