Responsibilities
- Perform seasonal harvesting and sorting of crops (grapes, almonds, tomatoes)
- Operate agricultural machinery safely and efficiently
- Maintain sanitation standards in food processing facilities
- Adhere to all OSHA and safety protocols
- Collaborate in diverse teams to meet production targets
- Participate in quality control inspections
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Valid passport and eligible for H2B visa classification
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural/warehouse experience
- Ability to work 10-12 hour shifts in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills (written/spoken)
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays

- Willingness to relocate to Fresno, CA for 6-9 months
