Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service in high-volume dining and event venues
- Maintain cleanliness standards across public spaces and guest accommodations
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and guest coordination
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak service periods
- Adhere to all safety protocols and food handling regulations
- Support inventory management and supply chain logistics
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2B visa sponsorship with valid passport
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina required for standing/walking 8+ hours per shift
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
