Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products accurately and efficiently within the warehouse.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Package and label items for domestic and international shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and quality targets.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Legal Status: Must currently hold a valid H2B visa or be eligible for sponsorship.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Communication: Basic English language proficiency for safety instructions and teamwork.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays during peak season.
