Responsibilities

- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow staff to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Customer Assistance: Direct guests to locations, handle complaints professionally, and exceed service expectations.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate standard hospitality equipment and machinery as trained.
- Attendance: Adhere to the seasonal schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required by peak season demands.
Qualifications
- Visa Eligibility: Must be eligible for H2B visa sponsorship or currently hold a valid work visa.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training is a plus.
- Language: Basic English proficiency required for communication with guests and staff.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
