Responsibilities
- Perform daily warehouse operations including loading, unloading, and sorting of goods.
- Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently following all safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock organization to ensure optimal workflow.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and workplace compliance standards at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for or currently holding a valid H2B Work Visa.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy for inventory tracking.
- Reliable transportation to the workplace.
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
