Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Pack, label, and ship products according to strict quality control standards and deadlines.
- Conduct inventory audits and ensure accurate record-keeping of stock movements.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks and containers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and operational goals.
- Follow all company safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- Legally eligible to work in the United States or possess a valid H2B visa.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods of time.
- Basic English reading and writing skills for safety and communication.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from the assigned worksite.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or seasonal labor is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
