Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa status with authorization for 2026 employment
- Minimum 2 years prior landscaping or maintenance experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
