- Operate agricultural machinery and equipment with proper training

- Work efficiently in team-based environments to meet production targets
- Adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements
- Participate in seasonal training programs as scheduled
Qualifications

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)

- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
