Responsibilities
- Operate industrial machinery including CNC mills, hydraulic presses, and automated assembly lines
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and quality checks per SOPs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and wear provided PPE at all times
- Document production metrics and report equipment malfunctions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
- Participate in shift handovers and equipment calibration processes
- Maintain clean and organized workstation environment
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Minimum 6 months prior machinery operation experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- English proficiency for safety communications
- Pass pre-employment physical examination
