Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including crop harvesting, planting, and weeding
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper training
- Maintain field hygiene and equipment sanitation standards
- Adhere to safety protocols and pesticide handling procedures
- Assist with irrigation system monitoring and maintenance
- Participate in crop quality inspection and sorting
- Work collaboratively in diverse teams under supervisor guidance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in commercial agriculture
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Valid passport and eligibility for H2A visa program
- Basic English communication skills (written/oral)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Completion of agricultural safety training preferred
- Clean criminal background check
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
