Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting seasonal crops.
- Operate farm machinery and irrigation systems safely and efficiently.
- Monitor crop health, identify pests, and apply treatments as directed.
- Package, sort, and prepare harvested goods for storage and transport.
- Perform general farm maintenance, including fence repair and equipment cleaning.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends, depending on harvest schedules.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform strenuous physical labor outdoors.
- Basic English communication skills are required for safety and instructions.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
- Previous experience in agriculture, farming, or ranching is highly preferred.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and work in uneven terrain.
