Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, weeding, and harvesting seasonal crops.
- Operate basic agricultural machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist with the packing, sorting, and loading of agricultural products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure compliance with safety and food safety standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, instructions, and company operational guidelines.
- Work in various weather conditions, including heat and dust, as required by the season.
Qualifications
- No prior farming or agriculture experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic English communication skills preferred for understanding safety instructions.
- Must be eligible for H2A Visa sponsorship or currently possess a valid H2A visa.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite is required.
