Responsibilities
- Perform planting, cultivating, and harvesting of seasonal crops according to strict quality and safety standards.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery, tools, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Monitor crop health and identify signs of disease, pests, or nutrient deficiencies.
- Load, unload, and package harvested goods for transport to storage or market.
- Assist in general farm maintenance, including irrigation, fencing, and facility upkeep.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure work environment.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship (proof of eligibility required).
- Previous experience in agriculture, farming, or agricultural labor is strongly preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic English language skills for communication and safety instructions.
