Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor in crop cultivation, planting, and harvesting activities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Maintain crop quality through proper sorting, grading, and packing procedures
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and environmental stewardship practices
- Assist with greenhouse management and crop monitoring
- Participate in irrigation system maintenance and pest control operations
- Complete daily work logs and follow supervisor's instructions precisely
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility (foreign worker certification required)
- Minimum 1 year documented experience in commercial agriculture
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks in outdoor conditions (heat/humidity)
- Basic English comprehension for safety instructions and team coordination
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours daily
- Clean driving record preferred (farm equipment operation)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays during peak season
