Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest a variety of seasonal crops (berries, vegetables, or grains).
- Operate agricultural machinery and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor crop health, identify pests, and apply necessary treatments.
- Inspect fields for weeds, diseases, and general maintenance needs.
- Pack, sort, and prepare produce for shipment to local and regional markets.
- Perform general farm maintenance and cleanup duties.
Qualifications
- Valid H2A Visa or proof of eligibility for the H2A program.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Basic understanding of farm safety protocols is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
