Responsibilities
- Planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops according to seasonal schedules.
- Performing general farm labor, including weeding, thinning, and pruning.
- Operating basic farm machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety.
- Adhering to all safety regulations, company policies, and labor laws.
- Working in various weather conditions and long hours as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in hot, humid, and physically demanding conditions.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform heavy manual labor for extended periods.
- Willingness to work long hours, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States (H2A Visa holders strongly preferred).
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
