Responsibilities
- Picking & Harvesting: Carefully pick and harvest fruits and vegetables according to strict quality and size standards.
- Farm Maintenance: Perform general farm duties including weeding, hoeing, and cleaning work areas.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic agricultural machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Packing: Sort, pack, and label harvested products into crates and boxes for distribution.
- Load/Unload: Assist with loading and unloading trucks and trailers to prepare goods for transport.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and workplace protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Legal Status: Must be eligible to work in the USA and willing to sponsor an H2A Visa.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods (up to 50+ lbs).
- Weather Tolerance: Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat and sun.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time, seasonal work (typically May through October).
- Attitude: Motivated to learn new skills and willing to follow instructions.
