Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, weeding, irrigating, and harvesting crops.
- Operate farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Sort, pack, and grade produce according to company standards.
- Maintain field hygiene and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist in the loading and transportation of agricultural products to packing houses.
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid H2A visa or be eligible to obtain sponsorship.
- Previous experience in agriculture, farming, or agricultural labor is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to perform strenuous outdoor labor for extended periods.
- Basic English communication skills are required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license (optional but beneficial).
- Must be willing to adhere to all safety and health guidelines on the farm.
