Responsibilities
- Harvest fruits and vegetables according to strict quality and size specifications.
- Operate farm machinery, tractors, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks with harvested crops in a timely manner.
- Perform general farm maintenance, weeding, and sanitation duties.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and supervisor instructions at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid H2A visa or legal eligibility to work in the United States.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.).
- Basic English communication skills for safety and instruction purposes.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
