Responsibilities
- Field Operations: Assist with the planting, cultivating, and harvesting of seasonal crops (e.g., corn, wheat, vegetables).
- Maintenance: Perform general farm maintenance, including weeding, irrigation setup, and equipment cleaning.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company guidelines while working in the fields.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with crew members and supervisors to complete daily tasks efficiently.
- Harvest Support: Participate in sorting, packing, and loading harvested goods for transport.
- Training: Complete on-site training provided by our experienced agronomists and crew leaders.
Qualifications
- Visa Eligibility: Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship or currently hold a valid H2A visa.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform strenuous physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time seasonal work, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills are required for safety instructions and coordination.
- Documentation: Must possess valid identification and legal right to work in the US.
- Work Ethic: A strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
