Responsibilities
- Perform manual crop harvesting (vegetables, fruits, berries)
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper training
- Monitor crop health and report irrigation/fertilization needs
- Maintain field cleanliness and equipment sanitation

Qualifications
