Responsibilities
- Harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, berries) according to quality standards
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper training
- Maintain crop health through irrigation, pruning, and pest monitoring
- Sort, pack, and prepare produce for shipment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and sustainable farming practices
- Assist with general farm maintenance and equipment upkeep
- Participate in team-based harvesting operations
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship (foreign worker)
- Physical ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to work extended hours during peak harvest season
- Basic English communication skills
