Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack seasonal crops (tomatoes, strawberries, peppers)
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and irrigation systems
- Maintain crop fields through planting, weeding, and pest control
- Adhere to strict food safety and quality standards
- Work efficiently in all weather conditions
- Assist with equipment maintenance and repairs
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of agricultural experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid passport and H2A visa eligibility
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work 45-50 hours/week
- Availability for 8-10 month contract (Jan-Nov)
- Clean background check and drug-free record
- Strong work ethic and teamwork attitude
