Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, grains)
- Perform manual labor including weeding, pruning, and field maintenance
- Adhere to strict food safety and quality control protocols
- Assist with crop monitoring and pest management
- Maintain farm equipment and work areas
- Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility required
- Minimum 1 year experience in commercial agriculture
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
