Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, citrus, berries)
- Operate farm equipment under supervision (tractors, harvesters)
- Perform manual labor including weeding, pruning, and sortingMaintain field cleanliness and safety standards
- Assist with irrigation system monitoring
- Follow supervisor instructions and team guidelines
- Participate in daily safety briefings
Qualifications
- No prior farming experience required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (standing, bending, lifting)
