Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops including tomatoes, cucumbers, and sweet corn
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Inspect crops for quality and maintain field hygiene standards
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides following safety protocols
- Assist with packing, sorting, and loading produce
- Maintain farm equipment and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to all H2A program regulations and safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Previous farm experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
