Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters, planters) with provided equipment
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, grains, fruits)
- Maintain farm infrastructure and irrigation systems
- Adhere to strict safety and quality control standards
- Assist with packing, sorting, and loading harvested produce
- Monitor crop health and report maintenance needs
- Work collaboratively in diverse teams
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Minimum 1 year documented farm experience
