Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest diverse crops (tomatoes, almonds, grapes)
- Perform field maintenance including weeding, pruning, and pest control
- Monitor crop health and report issues to farm supervisors
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and environmental standards
- Assist in packing and sorting harvested produce
- Maintain accurate records of work activities and yields
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa or eligibility for H2A program sponsorship
- Minimum 1 year verifiable farm experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
