Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, weeding, and harvesting fruits and vegetables.
- Operate farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure fields are kept clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Load and unload produce for shipment with attention to quality standards.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper pesticide handling and PPE usage.
- Work in varying weather conditions, including direct sunlight and heat.
- Collaborate with the crew to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, and lifting heavy objects for extended periods.
- Willingness to work long hours, early mornings, and weekends as needed.
- Basic English comprehension skills for safety and communication.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid identification and eligibility for H2A visa sponsorship.
- Previous experience in agriculture is preferred but not mandatory.
