Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers)
- Operate irrigation systems and farm machinery under supervision
- Maintain field hygiene and crop quality standards
- Follow H2A program compliance and safety regulations
- Assist in post-harvest processing and packaging
- Participate in weekly team safety briefings
- Document daily work activities and crop conditions
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship (foreign workers only)
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions (heat, humidity)
- Basic English/Spanish communication skills
- Valid passport and work authorization documents
- No experience required – training provided
- Willingness to work flexible hours (6 AM - 4 PM)
