As an H2A Agriculture Worker, you will play a crucial role in the lifecycle of our crops. We provide comprehensive support to ensure our employees feel valued and secure during the harvest season.

Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, weeding, and harvesting crops according to safety and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery and farm equipment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Load, unload, and sort produce for shipping and storage.
- Monitor crop health and identify potential pest or disease issues to report to supervisors.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment, including maintaining tools and equipment.
- Adhere to all H2A labor regulations and company safety policies at all times.
- Assist in the construction and maintenance of irrigation systems and farm infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and willing to participate in the H2A visa program.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long durations.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions, including heat, rain, and cold.
- Basic English language skills for communication and safety instructions.
- Valid government-issued ID or passport required.
- Reliable transportation to the work site (or willingness to use provided transport).
- Previous experience in farming, agriculture, or landscaping is preferred but not mandatory.
