Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack seasonal crops including chiles, onions, and alfalfa
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper training
- Maintain field sanitation and crop quality standards
- Follow H2A program regulations and safety protocols
- Assist in planting, irrigation, and field maintenance
- Work collaboratively in diverse teams to meet daily quotas
