Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack premium fruits/vegetables following quality standards
- Operate farm equipment (tractors, harvesters) with proper training
- Maintain crop health through irrigation and pest control
- Sort and pack produce according to size/grade specifications
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Assist with field preparation and post-harvest cleanup
Qualifications
