Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack seasonal crops (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers) using industry-standard techniques
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and harvesting equipment (training provided)
- Maintain crop quality standards through sorting and inspection protocols
- Adhere to all safety regulations and workplace hygiene standards
- Collaborate with diverse team members to meet daily production targets
- Assist with field preparation and post-harvest cleanup activities
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments
- Basic English communication skills for safety instructions
