Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack seasonal crops (tomatoes, peppers, strawberries) according to quality standards
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and irrigation systems
- Maintain field hygiene and follow food safety protocols
- Assist with planting, cultivating, and fertilizing crops
- Participate in team-based field operations and daily equipment maintenance
- Adhere to all OSHA and H2A program regulations
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Minimum 6 months prior agriculture experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Clean background check and drug-free certification
