Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops including vegetables and fruits
- Operate and maintain farm machinery (tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems)
- Monitor crop health and implement integrated pest management practices
- Adhere to food safety and quality control standards
- Assist with irrigation system setup and maintenance
- Participate in crop rotation and soil preparation activities
- Maintain farm facilities and equipment cleanliness
- Document daily work activities and harvest yields
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa program (foreign worker status required)
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
