Responsibilities
- Harrow, plant, irrigate, and cultivate crops including corn, cotton, and sorghum
- Operate and maintain farm machinery including tractors and harvesters
- Perform manual labor including weeding, pruning, and crop inspection
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Assist with post-harvest activities including sorting and packaging
- Report crop conditions and maintenance needs to supervisors
- Maintain accurate work logs and productivity records
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Minimum 3 months prior agricultural experience
- Ability to work 10-12 hour shifts in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
