Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, weeding, and harvesting crops according to schedule.
- Operate agricultural machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect crops for quality and report any issues to the site supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload produce for transport and storage.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid H2A visa ( sponsorship not provided for this role).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat and rain.
- Physically fit with the ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic English proficiency for communication and safety instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
- Previous experience in agriculture or farming is preferred but not required.
