Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, weeding, and harvesting crops according to established schedules.
- Operate agricultural machinery and farm equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor crop health and identify potential issues or pests.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and H2A program requirements.
- Load and unload agricultural products using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Valid government-issued ID (required for H2A sponsorship eligibility).
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and rain.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
