Responsibilities
- Harvesting: Perform manual labor including planting, cultivating, and harvesting various crops with precision and care.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate agricultural machinery, tractors, and hand tools as required by the task.
- Maintenance: Maintain field cleanliness, equipment, and work areas to ensure optimal working conditions.
- Transport: Load and unload trucks for transport to packing sheds or storage facilities.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, company policies, and OSHA standards while on duty.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with crew members to meet daily production targets efficiently.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Documentation: Valid government-issued photo ID and eligibility to work in the United States (H2A visa holders preferred).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk on uneven terrain, and lift heavy objects repeatedly.
- Weather Tolerance: Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat and cold.
- Experience: No prior farming experience is required; a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.
