Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops using advanced equipment
- Operate tractors, irrigation systems, and harvesting machinery safely
- Monitor crop health and report pest/disease concerns
- Perform quality control checks during harvesting and packing
- Maintain field cleanliness and equipment maintenance logs
- Collaborate with team leaders to optimize daily workflows
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental standards
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Previous agricultural experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills for team coordination
- Physical stamina for 8-10 hour shifts with frequent bending/lifting
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
- Willingness to attend paid safety training
