Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems (all equipment provided)
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops including vegetables and fruits
- Maintain farm infrastructure including fences, irrigation lines, and growing structures
- Monitor crop health and implement pest control measures
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and environmental standards
- Assist with packing, sorting, and loading harvested produce
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Minimum 6 months prior agriculture/farm work experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
