Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (tomatoes, corn, peppers)
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and irrigation systems
- Maintain field hygiene and crop quality standards
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers per EPA guidelines
- Perform general farm maintenance and equipment repair
- Assist in packing and sorting harvested produce
- Adhere to all OSHA and H2A program regulations
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Minimum 1 year crop cultivation experience
- Ability to work 45+ hours weekly in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to live on-site housing
- Pass background and drug screening
