Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops according to quality standards
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Maintain and repair farming equipment as needed

- Sort, pack, and prepare agricultural products for distribution
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations

Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship (U.S. work authorization required)
- Minimum 6 months of agricultural/farming experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment operation)
