Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops including alfalfa, onions, and potatoes
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) safely and efficiently
- Perform field maintenance including irrigation system monitoring and pest control
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist in packing and loading harvested produce for shipment
- Maintain accurate crop records and inventory logs
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize harvest schedules
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa status or eligibility to obtain one
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural experience
