Responsibilities
- Perform manual crop harvesting and field maintenance tasks
- Operate agricultural machinery (tractors, harvesters) safely
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers following EPA guidelines
- Sort and pack produce according to quality standards
- Maintain farm equipment and irrigation systems
- Adhere to all OSHA and safety protocols
- Work in varying weather conditions as required
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Minimum 3 months prior agricultural experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work 6-8 hour shifts outdoors
- Clean background/driving record check
- Reliable transportation to Columbus worksite
- Team player with strong work ethic
